• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
• Custom & Made-to-Order: Items marked as custom or made-to-order cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placement.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other methods as indicated at checkout. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it. In the event of a declined transaction, we may cancel your order. All transactions are processed securely through PCI-compliant gateways.

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $250. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of dispatch. LuxeNest is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or unforeseen events. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees.

We want you to love every piece. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Custom, made-to-order, and final sale items are non-returnable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, and software — is the exclusive property of LuxeNest or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. You waive any objection to venue and jurisdiction.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the site immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the site will cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall remain in effect.
