How tracking works

Once your order is packed and leaves our studio, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Here's what to expect:

  • In‑stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Custom and made‑to‑order pieces ship in 4–6 weeks.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after you receive your email to activate.
  • If your order contains multiple items, each may ship separately and have its own tracking number.
  • For international orders, tracking may pause at customs — this is normal and typically resolves within 2–3 days.
