Orders placed before 12pm EST on business days ship the same day. Custom and made‑to‑order pieces require 4–6 weeks for artisan crafting plus transit time. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order departs our atelier.

International Shipping & Customs

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.

LuxeNest cannot mark items as "gifts" or undervalue shipments on customs forms. All shipments include the correct value for legal purposes.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece that arrives at your door. If something isn't quite right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return eligibility checklist

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Original packaging must be intact (or equivalent protective packaging).
  • Custom, made‑to‑order, and final‑sale items cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards are non‑refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@luxenest.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. Our team responds within 24 hours with a return authorization and, for domestic orders, a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Package the item securely (using original packaging if possible) and drop it off at the carrier's location within 7 days of receiving the label.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Exchanges ship within 2 business days after inspection.

Return shipping is free for domestic orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

Every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio, but if an item arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right — at no cost to you. Please photograph the damage and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all shipping costs.

Additional Information

  • Signature required: Orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery for security.
  • Address changes: Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to modify the shipping address. Once shipped, we cannot reroute.
  • Multiple items: If your order contains both in‑stock and custom pieces, they will ship separately as they become available.
  • Holiday shipping: During peak seasons, processing times may extend by 1–2 business days. We'll communicate any delays.
